3-Phase Cleanse

4 Day Pre-Cleanse (Phase 1) - You will begin to reduce coffee, processed foods, and other foods you do not see in the program. During this phase, you will begin to use some of the cleanse tools, change your mindset, and create new rituals for reducing stress. Our Kick-Off call will be held on Zoom where we will go through your Daily Schedule and I'll answer any questions you may have.

7 Day Cleanse (Phase 2) -
we remove common allergens and foods known to hamper weight loss. We also increase foods that hydrate, regenerate, and support cleansing. Bonus mid-cleanse meditation workshop will be held on Zoom.

7 Day Transition (Phase 3) - When reintroducing foods, there are symptoms to beware of that may lead to conclusions of whether there is an intolerance. From my experience, the way you come out of your cleanse is JUST as important as how you go into your cleanse! Our Wrap-Up call will be held on Zoom. This is a live-guided program where you have full support from me for two weeks. This program is unlike most “detox” programs out on the market. It’s not a diet, so there’s no one telling you what to eat, no calorie counting, and no hunger. Instead, it’s all about listening to your body. There are no pills, powders, or shakes as part of this program. You can find everything you need at your local grocery or health food store. I do make personal suggestions about what supplements I take personally, if you want to optimize your outcome. Again, that is totally up to you and the information for those products are in the program guide.

With the 14-Day Cleanse you will learn:

  • How to meal plan and make easy, nutrious recipes for optimal health.
  • How to cleanse gently and safely for the best results.
  • Wellness strategies that aid the cleansing process to maximize your results.
  • What happens inside the body during a detox.
  • How to prepare your body for cleansing, and how to transition into and out of the cleanse to minimize detox symptoms for the most comfortable experience.
  • How to alleviate common detox symptoms if you experience any.

At this time, the 14-Day Cleanse written materials are only available in digital format. You can download and print the materials and have them bound; keep your printed pages in a 3-ring binder; or save the downloads to your digital device.

 Everybody is different. Factors like diet, age, gender, body size, muscle mass, genes, hormones, environment, drugs, and physical activity influence metabolism. How much weight you will lose on the 14-Day Cleanse will vary. But, weight loss is a common result of the cleanse. We prefer to focus on gaining health and exploring new ideas, rather than on losing weight or giving up favorite foods. To gauge the effectiveness of your cleanse as it’s going forward, look for subtle shifts in your body, like more energy, deeper sleep, more regular digestion, clearer/softer skin, mental clarity. During a cleanse, some of the weight loss, about 2-4 lbs. is often water weight and colon matter. The typical average sustainable weight loss reported from participants is approximately 1/2 lb to 1 lb per day if you have extra weight to lose. So, participants may lose about 10 pounds (or more) during the cleanse.

I hope not! You’ll be given recipes for cleansing and healthy meals and snacks. We’re aiming not only to cleanse your body but also creating sustainable healthy eating habits. Hunger and deprivation increase the likelihood of you reaching for sugar, carbs and toxic treats, so nothing is gained from you being hungry, and our aim is for you to feel nourished and satisfied during the cleanse.

If you’re feeling sluggish and tired, you need a quick reboot, you need to detox your body, you need to sleep better, you need more energy, and you want to lose some weight eating delicious healthy food and juicing, the 14-Day Juicy Life Cleanse is for you! You will need to stick to the daily routine, purchase the recipe ingredients, and make the recipes to be successful. If you do not want to try something new and do not want to follow the guidance and routine laid out in the program, the 14-Day Cleanse is not for you. Please consult with your doctor or medical practitioner about whether doing a cleanse is a responsible choice for you, particularly if you are being treated for a medical condition or have diabetes. We also do not recommend cleansing for pregnant or nursing women or children.

While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your physician before beginning this or any other health program.

 

I recommend doing a cleanse every quarter at the change of each season to reset your body and reboot for the start of a new cycle. Eating in harmony with nature and in keeping with the seasons supports the body’s built-in health and cleansing processes. Foods harvested in the spring (asparagus and greens), promote detox after winter, while foods grown in the summer (berries, melon, and cucumber) help to cool the body and keep you hydrated. In the colder months, warming root vegetables help to strengthen and sustain your body. By eating local, seasonal produce, you support your body’s natural rhythms, as well as sourcing fresher, better-tasting food, and supporting your local farming communities.
